Lumetra Retail sought to improve customer engagement and reduce cart abandonment across its growing online storefront. Despite strong traffic, the company struggled to convert visitors into buyers. Intellix partnered with Lumetra to design a conversational commerce assistant that guides customers from product discovery to checkout. The solution focused on personalization, real-time inventory awareness, and intelligent recommendations.
